So lots of us are snowed in! But don’t let that stop your training. This is the perfect time to work on some of your own rider fitness training. Heres a quick workout you can do easily from the comfort of your own home!

Crunchies: x 20 reps

Bicycle Crunch: 30 seconds

Bridges: x 15 reps

Mountain Climbers: 30 seconds

Plank 30-60 seconds

REPEAT
